Payments

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged when you first subscribe, and then on the 1st of every month going forward.

  • If you sign up on July 31, you’ll be charged right away for the August shirt (ships August 15), and then billed again on September 1 for the September shirt.
  • If you sign up on August 1, you’ll be charged right away for the September shirt (ships September 15), and your next charge will be October 1.

This way, nobody is double-billed back-to-back, and you always know exactly what to expect.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your card fails, we’ll send you an email right away so you can update it. Your tee won’t ship until payment is successful.

Can I update my payment method?

You can log into PayWhirl or email customerservice@lovemama405.com for help updating your card.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?


At this time, subscriptions can only be canceled and re-started, but we hope to add a pause option in the future.

Will I get a reminder before my payment drafts?

Yes, you will get an email reminder a few days before we process payments.

Returns

Can I return my Tee Club subscription shirts?

No — all Tee Club subscription purchases are non-refundable. Each tee is made and shipped just for you.

Can I cancel my Tee Club subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime by emailing customerservice@lovemama405.com. Just be sure to cancel before your next billing date so you aren’t charged for the upcoming month.

What if I already paid for my next month?

If your order has already processed or shipped, it will still be fulfilled — your cancellation will apply to future charges.

Can I return other products (not subscription tees)?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Please email customerservice@lovemama405.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it ASAP!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

For subscriptions, shipping is charged monthly along with your Tee Club billing.  For all other items shipping is calculated by weight.

How long does shipping take?

Orders (non-subscription items) typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Subscription tees ship monthly, around the 15th. Billing occurs on your signup date, and your tee will ship with our next batch if you sign up before the end of the month. 

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Sometimes shipping carriers experience delays. If your package seems stuck, please wait a few extra days and check your tracking info. If it still hasn’t moved, email us at customerservice@lovemama405.com and we’ll help.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Edmond/OKC area. Select this option at checkout and we’ll email you pickup details.

Products

What kind of shirts do you use for the tee clubs?

We print on Bella + Canvas and other premium tees — soft, true-to-size, and flattering. Check our size chart for measurements to find your best fit.
