Terms and Conditions - Custom Product Quotes

     Quotes & Validity

    • Quotes for custom products are provided based on the information you share with us.
    • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
    • Pricing may change if design details, materials, or quantities are updated after the original quote.

     Design & Proofs

    • We provide digital mockups or proofs for approval before production begins.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design placement.
    • Once a proof is approved, production will begin and no further changes can be made.

     Payment & Deposits

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your custom order.
    • Work will not begin until payment is received.
    • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

     Production Timeline

    • Production times vary depending on complexity and volume. We will provide an estimated turnaround time at the time of quote.
    • While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to supply availability or other unforeseen factors. We’ll communicate with you promptly if this happens.

     Cancellations & Refunds

    • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
    • If cancellation is requested before production, only the deposit will be returned.

     Intellectual Property

    • By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the rights to use all text, images, and artwork provided.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
    • Our company takes intellectual property seriously. We will not reproduce or create designs that violate these rights.

     Final Products

    • Due to the handmade/custom nature of our work, slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur.
    • These small differences are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of custom products.

     Liability

    • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, files, or specifications once approved.
    • Our liability is limited to correcting or replacing products only if the error is determined to be on our end.

     Shipping & Delivery

    • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is out of our control.
    • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier.
    • Tracking information will be provided (when available) so you can follow your shipment directly.
    • If an issue arises in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
